Which method do you use to clean
carpets – dry or wet? |
|
We are fully
insured cleaners. We use both methods dry and steam
depending on the the type of carpet. Dry carpet cleaning
for natural fibres carpets like vsicose, tencel, coir,
seagrass , and carpet steam cleaning( wet carpet
shampoo) for wool , silk, synthetic and all other types
of carpet. |

How
long before I can use the room after the carpet has been
cleaned? |

Drying time depends
on the type of the carpet and the extent of soiling. The
more times we have to go over certain areas the longer
they would take to dry. In the winter months, average
drying time is around 4-6 hours and in summer 2-3 hours. |

Do I have to stay at home
throughout service? |

Yes and no,
depending on the job. |

Can you pick up keys from the
estate agents? |

We can collect and
return keys as long as it is within walking distance
from the property. A small fee may apply. |

end of tenancy cleaning? |

Each property is
unique and so are our quotations. Prices are tailored to
property’s specifications and cleaning requirements. |

How do I pay for cleaning
services? |
|
You can pay by bank
transfer within 24 hours of receiving the booking
confirmation. You can also pay by cash on the day
directly to the technician. A company receipt will be
provided. |

What if I need to change or cancel
my cleaning appointment? |
|
We understand that
sometimes emergencies may arise or something unexpected
may happen and customers may need to change or cancel
their appointments. Please note that We require 3days
written notice to cancel or change a booking, if
customer fails to inform us in writing (email to
admin@total-cleaningspecialist.com) he /she will have to
pay the quoted amount in full. |
